Meet Julie
Hi, I’m Julie Cruz, professional organizer and business owner of Minimize to Organize. I lived in Boca Raton Florida for over 30 years with my husband Richard and our three children. We have since moved to Jupiter to be closer to our grandchildren. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always loved things neat and organized. Over the years, I’ve helped family and friends organize and restyle their spaces to make them more efficient and beautiful.
One day, my sister said, “You should start a business and do this for others.” I got so excited about the possibility that I began to educate myself in the professional world of organizing. I already knew the many benefits of being organized, but this led me on a deeper journey of decluttering and minimizing.
To my surprise, I had way more stuff than I actually used and needed! My house looked neat, but inside the cabinets and closets was a myriad of excess. When I began to clear out my physical space, my mental space cleared too. I discovered new things I loved, and I had more time to enjoy them! This grew my passion and desire to share this life-changing knowledge with others.
Organizing and transforming spaces is what I love to do, and helping people create a simplified home and life is pure joy for me. I am eager to share all I have learned so you can live your best life with less!

I had the most wonderful experience recently when Julie Cruz, from Minimize to Organize, came to our condo to help me organize our walk in closet. I am not naturally organized, so the task of going through my closet is very overwhelming. What struck me right away is how gentle and nonjudgmental Julie was as we began the process. There was never any pressure to get rid of things, but the questions she asked helped me to evaluate whether I needed to keep something or pass it on to someone else. I was also amazed how excited and passionate Julie was to tackle my project. That helped me to feel more relaxed and see it as an adventure. It didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would, and the end result was unbelievable. Almost everyday, I open the door just to walk in and see how organized and neat everything is now. An added bonus is Julie offered to take the clothes I passed on to the thrift shop and even took our old tax receipts to be shredded! It was such a joy to have Julie come alongside me and I HIGHLY recommend her! Her prices are also very reasonable, and she will deliver way beyond your expectations!
